Below is a post on Yahoo Answers and 2 videos from youtube about the child molestation allowed to continue in the Jehovahs Witness organization.

This is something so rampant in our society it seems to be in every facet of it. Religious organizations, Schools, Home, Boy Scouts etc. It must be brought out in the open and not suppressed.

Jehovahs Witnesses require 2 eye witnesses to the offense in addition to the accuser. So unless a child is molested with an audience there is no action taken.

From CNN

Have seen it ?Jehovah's Witnesses Watchtower (JW.org) send secret letter to local elders about child abuse?

More secretive instructions from the watchtower corp regarding their growing fear of being sued out of existence for their policies .

What do you think of this letter? Dated Oct 1st 2012

Its being discussed here

Additional Details

The very fact that the Governing Body can no longer release letters in privacy shows that any claims that their organization enjoys the support of God’s spirit are entirely unfounded.

MYTH #5 If Jesus is God, how was he "tempted by the Devil"?

Jesus rebukes Satan and Casts out Demons throughout the New Testament but the Archangel Michael had to have God rebuke Satan in Jude 9.

Jesus wouldnt even let demons speak.

(NWT) Jude 9 But when Mi´cha·el the archangel had a difference with the Devil and was disputing about Moses’ body, he did not dare to bring a judgment against him in abusive terms, but said: “May Jehovah rebuke you.”

(NWT) Matthew 4:10 Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’”

MYTH #4 If Jesus is God why did he pray to God in the Garden of Gethsemane

"In praying to His Father Jesus was acting from His human nature. He is true God AND true man. So His whole life on earth reflected His human nature, from being a helpless baby to suffering and dying on the cross. Praying to the Father is simply another example of this. When He worked miracles, foretold the future and rose from the dead, He was acting from His divine nature."

-----Fr. Vincent Serpa, O.P.

"No. He prayed to the Father. The doctrine of the Trinity states that there are three Persons but one God. The term person answers the question of "Who?" and the term God answers the question "What?" In other words, if you asked the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit who they were, they'd answer "The Father" or "The Son" or "The Holy Spirit" depending on which Person you were addressing. But if you asked all three what they were, all would answer "God." (This is roughly analogous to asking a human being who he is and being told "John Smith," then asking what he is and being told "a human being.") The Person of the Son, who is the God-man Jesus Christ, prayed to the Person of the Father, in union with the Person of the Holy Spirit."

MYTH #3 Jesus was crucified on a Stake not a Cross

The early publications or the watchtower had crosses all over it.

http://e-watchman.com/storage/wt_1912_color1.jpg?__SQUARESPACE_CACHEVERSION=1274378089220

Look in the upper left corner and all over the "watchtower"

They have a bigger problem with their bible. They forgot to remove the verse where Jesus tells St. Peter he will be crucified (Hands stretched out)

(NWT) John 21:18 Most truly I say to you, When you were younger, you used to gird yourself and walk about where you wanted. But when you grow old you will stretch out your hands and another [man] will gird you and bear you where you do not wish.”

And here it says the print of the "nails" (Plural) in his hands (Plural).... this means that was a nail for each hand and not 1 nail for 2 hands as the JW's say he was place in a Stake.

(NWT)John 20:25 Consequently the other disciples would say to him: “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them: “Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails and stick my finger into the print of the nails and stick my hand into his side, I will certainly not believe.”

MYTH #2 Jesus is really the Archangel Michael in disguse

So in denyng Jesus is truly Jesus are you not disowning him as well?

(NWT)Matthew 10:33 but whoever disowns me before men, I will also disown him before my Father who is in the heavens.

If Jesus is the Angel Michael and not God, why didnt he correct Thomas when a lower level Angel corrected John?

When Thomas says "My Lord and my God" why doesnt Jesus correct him to only worship God like the Angels does to John in Revelations?

(All Scripture from the New World Translation)

(NWT)John 20:28 In answer Thomas said to him: “My Lord and my God!”

And in the very next verse does Jesus correct him? NO!

(NWT)John 20::29 Jesus said to him: “Because you have seen me have you believed? Happy are those who do not see and yet believe.”

But we see in Revelations that an Angel corrects John when he tries to worship him.

(NWT)Revelations 22:8 Well, I John was the one hearing and seeing these things. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel that had been showing me these things. 9 But he tells me: “Be careful! Do not do that! All I am is a fellow slave of you and of your brothers who are prophets and of those who are observing the words of this scroll. Worship God.”

(NWT)Hebrews 1:5 For example, to which one of the angels did he ever say: “You are my son; I, today, I have become your father”? And again: “I myself shall become his father, and he himself will become my son”? 6 But when he again brings his Firstborn into the inhabited earth, he says: “And let all God’s angels do obeisance to him.”

MYTH #1 There is no Trinity

Jehovah Witnesses will say such things as "The Trintity is false" However the bible, even their bible proves that is wrong.

This Parable can only be about the Trinity

(NWT) Matthew 13:33 Another illustration he spoke to them: “The kingdom of the heavens is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three large measures of flour, until the whole mass was fermented.” 34 All these things Jesus spoke to the crowds by illustrations. Indeed, without an illustration he would not speak to them; 35 that there might be fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet who said: “I will open my mouth with illustrations, I will publish things hidden since the founding.”

Abraham was happy to see God...

(NWT) Genesis 18:1 Afterward Jehovah appeared to him among the big trees of Mam´re, while he was sitting at the entrance of the tent about the heat of the day. 2 When he raised his eyes, then he looked and there three men were standing some distance from him. When he caught sight of them he began running to meet them from the entrance of the tent and proceeded to bow down to the earth. 3 Then he said: “Jehovah, if, now, I have found favor in your eyes, please do not pass by your servant.

Jesus was there as God....

(NWT)John 8:56 Abraham YOUR father rejoiced greatly in the prospect of seeing my day, and he saw it and rejoiced.” 57 Therefore the Jews said to him: “You are not yet fifty years old, and still you have seen Abraham?” 58 Jesus said to them: “Most truly I say to YOU, Before Abraham came into existence, I have been.” .

The HOLY SPIRIT, THE 3RD PERSON OF THE HOLY TRINITY

In Acts 5:1-4 When Ananias lied to the Church, Peter told him he had lied to the Holy Spirit and in lying to the Holy Spirit he lied to God.

Acts 13:2 The Holy Spirit speaks to the Disciples, telling them to apart Saul and Barnabas for the work God has planned for them, A non-personal "active force" can not speak like a person

(NWT) John 16:13 However, when that one arrives, the spirit of the truth, he will guide YOU into all the truth, for he will not speak of his own impulse, but what things he hears he will speak, and he will declare to YOU the things coming.

This verse say 3 important things about the Holy Spirit
1) He speaks
2) He hears
3) he is referred to as HE as personal pronoun.

In Romans 8:26-27 This passage tells us that the Holy Spirit intercedes for the saints. An impersonal "active force" cannot plead on our behalf. Thus the Holy Spirit is a Person.
